Magic Minders AGM
- The AGM is an open meeting so anyone is welcome to attend, although only full WCMA members may vote.
- At the AGM we will elect our committee members and discuss and vote on any proposals received.
- If you would like to attend the AGM please RSVP to [email protected] so we can give you the address and know how many people to cater for and whether we will have enough members present to hold the AGM.

- Forms can also be completed and seconded at the AGM
- Please consider becoming a committee member, no matter how long you have been a WCMA member. What matters is that we have a continually developing committee to the benefit of the whole group. New committee members bring new ideas and fresh thoughts, keep us on our toes, and stop us becoming stuck in the mud! We don’t ask a lot, just that you attend our termly committee meetings and help wherever you can.
Completed forms should be emailed to [email protected] by Tuesday 31st March 2026, although nominations can also be accepted at the AGM
