Magic Minders Drop-In and Events

Alternate Tuesdays 
(term time only)

9.30am-11.30am
Worthing Town FC Clubhouse

Entry fees
Members: Adult members are free, plus £1.50 per child.

Non-members: £3 per adult (including non-member assistants) plus £1.50 per child.

Entry includes biscuits for the children, a craft or sensory play activity and song time.
The cafe will usually be open to purchase drinks and snacks, but you can bring your own if preferred.
Magic Minders drop-ins enable members to meet up for mutual support, whilst their minded children experience stimulating play in a safe environment.
Drop-ins are open to members (and childminder members' registered assistants) only, with the exception of committee-approved visitors.
​All non-members, including non-member registered assistants must be accompanied by a member at all times and never left unsupervised with children attending the group

Safeguarding Policy
  • ​​Please make sure  hot drinks are not  accessible to children.
  • EYFS 2025 states that children must be in sight as well as hearing whilst eating and seated safely. Please ensure all children are supervised during snack time
    • Please be aware that some children may have allergies, so be vigilant, supervise children directly whilst eating and drinking, and clear away any food or drinks as soon as your children have finished.
  • ​Everyone attending the drop-in is responsible for helping to run a successful session, including supervising their children and helping set up and pack away.
  • Children must not leave the hall unattended, including to go to the toilet.

Little Ted's at The Scout Hall, Sackville Road
Thursdays 09:30 - 12:00, term time only
Although not run by Magic Minders, Little Ted's is operated by local childminders, including some of our members.
The Scout Hut (entrance to St. Andrews School), Sackville Road, Worthing, BN14 8BG.
The cost is £2.50 per childminder with up to 3 children and 50p for each additional child.
